Getting Your Business To The Right Property

We start with a meeting to determine if Commercial Real Estate Solutions, LLC services are right for your business. If CRES is a good fit, we interview regarding your business and its needs.

Once your needs have been determined, it’s time to find a property. We’ll look for a property with the right location, size, and amenities necessary to allow your business to thrive.

Once we’ve found the right property it’s time to negotiate a lease. The lease will be contingent on the purchase of the property.

With a lease in hand we can start the purchase process. If a price is agreed on and the inspections are favorable you can expect the entire closing process to take 1-3 months.
